Term Of Service

To ensure the tour confirmation, please supply us with the following details :

1. Visitor amount
2. Arrival and Departure Time according the flight, train and Harbor information
3. If you need to make a picking up service from your Hotel, Hope you inform Us the Hotel name, Your name in Hotel reservation, room number and detail of your name.
4. Your tour booking must be valided to Our contact (Email, Facebook, Phone or other of Our connection supply). You can choose which one is better for your connection.

Communication Service :

• We open Our communication service by online within 24 hours with the fast response, accurate and convinced
• During you are discussing about vacation planning, We give you free time to choose Our tour package, service and facility
• We serve the costumers with the fast response not only for the booking service but also for the emergencies problem whenever some accidence, mistaken and other problem happened without Our intentionally
• For the costumer satisfaction, We always give Our best recommendation according Our costumers request and We ensure the vacation trip will be much more relax and comfortable

Currency Transaction :

We serve the costumers to make a payment transaction in Rupiah and also foreign currency depend on the clients ability.

Payment Metode :

1. To get Our booking confirmation, We will request 30% maximum by deposit through Our Bank Account have We provided. We will confirm your tour booking after We accepted your deposite and the transfering receipt, If you can not release your payment to Our Bank Account, We will provide the deposite metode by Western Union and the rest payment will be finished in your arrival location or hotel.
2. If you can not do the payment by first metode, We will provide the booking confirmation by flight ticket. By this option, You only send your original flight ticket then payment will be done by Cash in your arrival or hotel (this option will be provided, If you have not any Rupiah Currency or You can not transfer to Our Account due to the difficulty process).

Cancellation :

We will use 30% of your deposit for cancellation fee from the amount cost that you sent, if you notice a cancellation in a week after sending deposit payment.

Completeness Service :

• Our tour facility have completed with AC (air conditioned) vehicles, Professional Drivers, English Speaking Tour Guide, Porters, Rescue Team, Tour Informants and Talk Leaders
• We ensure the comfort accommodation to make Our costumers enjoyable and stay endurely
• To get Our best facilities, You must give your request within 2 months before your tour go on due to the heavy visitors always full the Java Island tourism

Sightseeing and Tour Packages :

• All sight-seeing and package tours include entrance fees, performances, meals as shown in the programs and transportation services by private car, jeep, motor coach, truck, boat, or canoe. Requests for guides proficient in languages other than English should be made in advance and are subject to availability
• We don’t only provide Mount Bromo tour package, Bromo Ijen Crater tour package but also all popular tourism in Java Island, Indonesia. You only request to Our partners for your preferred tourism visiting
• Our tour service mostly started by picking up service from the costumer arrivals and finish in Java Island, Jogjakarta and Bali Island depend on Our clients request.

Hotels :

Most Hotels charge 21% for tax and service. Reconfirmation and full reservation details should be received by hotels at least 30 days before the arrival for group bookings during the regular seasons and 45 days during the high season. For individual reservations, reconfirmation should be received at least 10 days before arrival for regular and high seasons. In case reconfirmation is not made, the room will be automatically released to prevent cancellation fee charges.
